Magnetic field on the axis of a circular conductor, 

B =\frac{\mu _0 I}{2}.\frac{r^2}{(r^2+x^2)^{3/2}} and magnetic field at the centre (x = 0 ) is,  B' =\frac{\mu _0 I}{2r}

\therefore \frac{B'}{B}=\frac{(r^2+x^2)^{3/2}}{r^3}

B'=\frac{(r^2+x^2)^{3/2}}{r^3}B

B'=\frac{(3^2+4^2)^{3/2}}{3^3}\times54

       =250\mu T
