\mathrm{Cl}_{2} \mathrm{O}_{7} is more acidic than \mathrm{SO}_{2}, \mathrm{P}_{2} \mathrm{O}_{5} and \mathrm{SiO}_{2} because \mathrm{Cl} is present in a very high oxidation state of +7 . Higher the oxidation state of central atom in an oxide, higher the acidity.
