As we have learnt,

Stefan's Law -

Radiant energy emitted by a perfectly black body per unit area per sec is directly proportional to 4th power of the temperature of the body.

 

\frac{E_2}{E_1} = \left(\frac{T_2}{T_1}\right)^4 = \left(\frac{546}{273} \right )^4 = 16
