As we know that .   H = \frac{1}{\mu _{0}C} \vec{E}

\left | \frac{E}{\mu } \right | = \left | \frac{E_{0}}{\mu _{0}} \right | = \mu 0C

E = Volt / m

H = Ampere - turn/m

Ratio, Z_{0}= \frac{Volt/ m}{Ampere- turn/m} = \frac{Volt}{Ampere} = Resistance = \Omega

Note - From Ohm's law V= IR

                                     R = V/I = (Volt/ ampere)
