The dynamic plate resistance is \mathrm{r_p=\frac{\Delta V_p}{\Delta i_p}}

Now for a vacuum diode \mathrm{i_p=K V_p^{3 / 2} \Rightarrow V_p=\left(\frac{i_p}{K}\right)^{2 / 3}}

\mathrm{ \Rightarrow \frac{\Delta V_p}{\Delta i_p}=\frac{2}{3 K^{2 / 3}} i_p^{\left(\frac{2}{3}-1\right)} }

\mathrm{ \left.\Rightarrow r_p=\text { (constant }\right) i_p^{-1 / 3} \Rightarrow r_p \propto \frac{1}{I_p^{1 / 3}}}

Hence option 4 is correct.
