The slope of anode characteristic curve \mathrm{=\frac{1}{r_p}}

\mathrm{ \Rightarrow r_p=\frac{1}{0.02 \mathrm{~mA} / \mathrm{V}}=50 \frac{\mathrm{V}}{\mathrm{mA}}=50 \times 10^3 \frac{\mathrm{V}}{\mathrm{A}} }

The slope of mutual characteristic curve \mathrm{ =g_m }

\mathrm{ =1 \times 10^{-3} \mathrm{~A} / \mathrm{V} }

\mathrm{ \therefore \mu=r_p \times g_m=50 \times 10^3 \times 10^{-3}=50 }

Hence option 2 is correct.
