m_2 I A=I \pi r^2 \\

So, I_1 \pi r_1^2=I_2 \pi r_2^2 \\

 

\Rightarrow I_1 \pi(3)^2=I_2 \cdot \pi \cdot(6)^2 \\

\Rightarrow \frac{I_1}{I_2}=\left(\frac{6}{3}\right)^2=4: 1
