\frac{F}{l}=\frac{\mu_0 I_1 I_2}{2 \pi r}$ or $F=\frac{\mu_0 I_1 I_2}{2 \pi r} \cdot l\\\\ $$ F=\frac{4 \pi \times 10^{-7} \times 8 \times 5}{2 \pi \times 4 \times 10^{-2}} \times 10^{10}=2 \times 10^{-5}
