We know that, 

\frac{F}{l}=\frac{\mu_0 I_1 I_2}{2\pi r} or F=\frac{\mu_0 I_1 I_2}{2\pi r}l

F=\frac{4\pi \times 10^{-7}\times 8 \times 5}{2\pi \times 4\times 10^{-2}}\times 10 \times 10^{-5}

     =2 \times 10^{-5}

Attractive force is towards A to B along the perpendicular.
