Now, the current is one is doubled and its direction is also reserved. If the distance of separation between them is made 3 d, what will be the force acting between the two conductors?

For unit of the conductor, 

F =\frac{\mu_0}{4\pi}.\frac{2I_1I_2}{d}

If the current is the first conductor is doubled and direction is reserved, it will be -2I_1.

\therefore In the second case, 

F' =\frac{\mu_0}{4\pi}.\frac{2(-2I_1)I_1}{3d}=-\frac{2}{3}\frac{\mu_0}{4\pi}.\frac{2I_1I_2}{d}=-\frac{2}{3}F
