\mathrm{E=E_4-E_1 =-\frac{13.6}{4^2}-\left(-\frac{13.6}{1^2}\right) }

\mathrm{=-0.85+13.6=12.75 \mathrm{eV} }

\mathrm{ =12.75 \times 1.6=10^{-14} \mathrm{~J} }

\mathrm{p =\frac{E}{c}=\frac{12.75 \times 1.6 \times 10^{-19}}{3 \times 10^8}=6.8 \times 10^{-27} \mathrm{~kg}_{-} \mathrm{ms}^{-1}}

This must be the momentum of recoiled hydrogen atom (in opposite direction).

Hence option 1 is correct.
