\mathrm{CO}, and \mathrm{NO} neutral oxide whereas \mathrm{Al}_2 \mathrm{O}_3 is an amphoteric oxide. \mathrm{N}_2 \mathrm{O}_3, \mathrm{SO}_2 and \mathrm{N}_2 \mathrm{O}_5 are acidic oxide. Oxide of non-metal in higher oxidation state are acidic in nature.
