The below reactions shows the oxidation state of iron for all given condition.

\mathrm{\overset{0}{ Fe }+5 CO \rightarrow{ } \overset{0}{Fe }( CO )_5}

\mathrm{ \overset{0}{Fe} + \underset{Steam}{H _2 O} \rightarrow \overset{+3}{Fe} _2 O _3 + H _2 }

\mathrm{ \overset{0}{Fe} + H _2 O + O _2 \rightarrow \overset{+3}{Fe} _2 O _3 . xH _2 O}

\mathrm{\overset{0}{ Fe }+ CuSO _4 \rightarrow \overset{+2}{Fe}SO _4+ Cu}

Clearly, During the formation of Fe(CO)5 from Fe, there is no change in the oxidation state of iron.

Option 1 is correct.
