Shadow will not be formed in each case. Only the piece of muslin cloth and the sheet of plywood will cast shadow on the screen.
The sheet of plywood will form a dark shadow as it blocks the path of light completely.

The piece of muslin cloth will form a lighter shadow as it allows light to pass through it partially.

Whereas the transparent glass will allow most of the light to pass through it. So, no shadow will be obtained on screen.
