L_t = L (1 + \alpha \Delta t)

\Delta L = 1 \times 10^{-5 }\times 200

Y = \frac{FL}{A\Delta L} (L = 1m, A = 0.0001 m^{2})

Y = 2 \times 10^{11 }N/m^{2}

F = 2 \times 10^{11} \times 10^{-5} \times 200 \times \frac{0.0001}{1} = 4 \times 10^{4} N
