Pressure is P = 10 atm.

The fractional change in Volume would be given as

\\\frac{\Delta V}{V}=\frac{P}{B}\\ \frac{\Delta V}{V}=\frac{10\times 1.013\times 10^{5}}{3.7\times 10^{10}}\\ \frac{\Delta V}{V}=2.737\times 10^{-5}

The fractional change in Volume is 2.737\times 10^{-5}
