Here is the difference between a zoo and a wildlife sanctuary:

                 Wildlife sanctuary                             Zoo

1. It is a place where animals are protected from any disturbance and also their habitat is conserved.

2. It provides protection as well as suitable living conditions for wild animals.

1. It is a place where animals are kept for public exhibitions away from their natural habitat. 

2. It is an artificial habitat, where things are provided by humans.
