Given

\left | \vec a \right |=\sqrt{3}

\left | \vec b \right |=2

\vec a . \vec b = \sqrt 6

As we know

\vec a . \vec b = \left | \vec a \right |\left | \vec b \right |cos\theta

where \theta is the angle between two vectors

So,

cos\theta =\frac{\vec a.\vec b}{\left | \vec a \right |\left | \vec b \right |}=\frac{\sqrt{6}}{\sqrt{3}*2}=\frac{1}{\sqrt{2}}

\theta=\frac{\pi}{4}

Hence the angle between the vectors is \frac{\pi}{4}.
