Taking the LCM of 10 and 15, we have 30

$\Rightarrow \frac{-9\times3}{10\times3}+\frac{22\times2}{15\times2}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{-27}{30}+\frac{44}{30} = \frac{-27+44}{30} = \frac{17}{30}$
