 Blood consists of red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets suspended in a fluid matrix containing proteins, salts and hormones. Ligaments connect two bones together in joints. The tendon is a tough, fibrous connective tissue, which connects muscle to bone. Tendons have great strength. Cartilage is a flexible connective tissue having widely spaced cells. They are found in many areas of the body like joints, the end of the ribs etc.
The correct option is (c) Tendons are non-fibrous tissue and fragile
