To find threshold frequency:

W_{o} = h\nu_{o}

Where

h = Planck’s constant

\nu_{o} = threshold frequency

\nu_{o}= \frac{W_{o}}{h}

\nu_{o} =\frac{ [1.9\times1.602\times10^{-19}J] }{[6.626\times10^{-34}Js]}

     = \frac {3.0438\times10^{-19}J} { 6.626\times10^{-34}Js}

     = 4.5937\times10^{14} Hz
