I_{A}=I_{B}\; (Given\; in\; the\; question)\\ n_{A}hv_{A}=n_{B}hv_{B}\\ n_{A}=2n_{B}[Given]\\ 2n_{B}v_{A}=n_{B}v_{B}\\ 2v_{A}=v_{B}

 So, the frequency of source B is twice the frequency of source A.
