The nernst equation gives :

                                               E_{Cell} = E_{cell}^{\circ}\ - \frac{0.059}{n}log \frac{[Mg^{2+}]}{\left [ Cu^{2+} \right ]}

This gives,

                                                         = {0.34 - (-2.36)} - \frac{0.059}{2}log \frac{0.001}{ 0.0001}           

or                                                     = 2.7 - 0.02955

or                                                     = 2.67\ V 

So the emf of the cell is 2.67 V.
