Evelyn Glennie is a character from "The Sound of Music" by  Deborah Cowley. Evelyn Glennie is a girl who is from Scottish farm. She is sixteen -seventeen years old girl when she went to Royal Academy of Music, London. Evelyn Glennie is deaf,  God took away her hearing power. She was impaired but she was given an extraordinary power to feel. She could feel very deeply, far more than normal people could. She was able to play music perfectly. She us a well known multi-percussionist. She can play various different percussion instruments like drums and xylophone.  She was nervous and excited about going to Royal Academy of Music, London.
