Parliamentary democracy in most countries is often known as the cabinet form of government because, Ministers who take important decisions relating to thier ministries are Cabinet ministers. Since it is not possible for the meinisters to meet regularly, decisions are taken by Cabinet ministers in thier meetings. Since it is not practical for all ministers to meet regularly and discuss everything, the decisions are taken in Cabinet meetings. That is why parliamentary democracy in most countries is often known as the Cabinet form of government.
