If one of my school going good friend offers me a ride by two wheelers, I will politely decline the offer. If I would have been at my friend's place and  even if I am  offered a two wheeler and allowed to use it by his parents, I will not ride it. I will care about my life and his. I will also talk to his parents and my friends about the same. I will ask my parents to talk to his parents about the same.
