In the chapter 19, Helen was very frustrated in the beginning of her second year at Gilman's school. She lacked all the mordern tools she required. Teachers of the school were not able to give her special instructions and her books were not ready. Miss Sullivan had to read all the books to her. Helen waited for the braillewriter to do her studies. She felt helpless and couldn't stop her reactions sometimes.
