r_n=\frac{0.53n^2A^{\circ}}{z}

Velocity

v_n=\frac{2.2\times10^6z}{n}

Orbital period 

T=\frac{2\pi r_n}{v}=\frac{2\pi \times0.53n^3\times10^{-10}}{2.2\times10^6 z^2}

The electron in the first excited state that is n=2 and z=1

T=\frac{2\pi\times0.53\times8\times10^{-10}}{2.2\times10^6}=1.2\times10^{-15}s
