Child labour is the situation where a child below the age of fifteen is forced to work for an earning and living. A child labour is exploited physically and mentally. He/She is paid less and at the age when he/she is supposed to go to school are working for a living. Children in India work due to poverty and unemployment. Child labour was banned in India in 1986 but still a majority of children are working to support their family.
