Differences between Monocots and Dicots are :
1. Monocots are embryo with single cotyledon whereas, dicots are embryo with two cotyledons.
2. Monocots possess parallel veins whereas, in dicots reticulated veins are present.
3. Adventitious roots are present in Monocots whereas, dicot roots develop through radicle.
4. Secondary growth is absent in Monocots whereas, secondary growth is present in dicots.
