Solution: We have,

\ A(-3,2),B(-1,4);and;C(4,-3)  Let D(h,k)

Now,

Mid point of AC=Mid point of BD

-3+4/2=-1+h/2\ \Rightarrow h=2\ \Rightarrow 2-3/2=4+k/2\ \Rightarrow k=-5\ \ Rightarrow D(h,k)=D(2,-5)
