Here  u=0 So Initial \ Momentum =P_i=0 for both

And Since the Force and the duration of time for which it acted are the same, the product of force and time will be the same for both.

I.e F.t=same

And

F.t=\Delta P=P_f-P_i=P_f

So P_f will be same for both

I.e their final momentum will be the same.
