Milk, Curd, and Cheese are the products in which Lactic acid bacteria convert lactose sugar into lactic acid and are coagulated products. They increase the nutritional value by increasing the Vitamin B12 in the products.

The lactic acid bacteria, found in the stomach also check for diseases causing microbes.
