Marie's mother invited county inspector at home. The reason behind this was her mechanical teacher had some technical problems. Due to some technical problems, he was  giving Margie test after test in Geography and she was performing poorly in this subject.

The county inspector did some changes in the setting of mechanical teacher. It's speed had increased, so he reduced the speed of the mechanical teacher. He adjusted the speed and brought it to a level appropriate for Margie. The speed of the mechanical teacher was thus, controlled and adjustment in it was done so that it's intelligent quotient matches that of Margie's. That is the mechanical teacher's speed was reduced to that of an average ten years old level.
