Let the two forces are p and q then
p/q = 3/5
according to question

49=\sqrt{p^2+q^2+2pqcos60}=\sqrt{p^2+q^2+pq}=\sqrt{\frac{9}{25}q^2+q^2+\frac{3}{5}q^2}\\\Rightarrow 49=\sqrt{\frac{49}{25}q^2}\\\Rightarrow 49 = 7q/5\\\Rightarrow q = 35N \ \ and \ \ p = 21N
