\text{if three vertices of a triangle are given as}\ (x_1, y_1), \ (x_2,y_2) \ and\ (x_3,y_3)\ then \ centroid \ is \\(\frac{x_1+x_2+x_3}{3}, \ \frac{y_1+y_2+y_3}{3})

Given  centroids are (1, 2/3)

Therefore

\\\frac{2-2+x_3}{3}=1 \\\\ \frac{3+1+y_3}{3}=\frac{2}{3}\\\Rightarrow\ x_3=3,\ y_3=-2

Therefore the vertex C is (3,-2)
