Walter Rosen is the father of biodiversity. He first used the word biodiversity in 1985. Biodiversity is a measure of variation at the genetic, species and ecosystems level. According to Prior Term- Biodiversity is most commonly used to replace the more clearly defined and long established term, species diversity and species richness.
