Subject: Invite as the chief guest.

Sir With due respect I wish to inform that our school, St Jsheph's Academy is organising a cleanliness drive on the occassion of World Earth Day. It will be a five days program which will start with a cultural evening followed by streets cleaning, awarness drive in neighbouring villages. 

On behalf of our school, I wish to invite you to be the chief guest  and inagurate the program on 5th June at 5 o'clock in the evening. We would be highly obliged.
