Dear Raghav,

Hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. It has been a while since we met and talked. What is going on in your life? Hope your studies are going well. I recently visited an old age home. It was an eye opening experience. I visited the Petal Old Age Home near my house. Some old people there were happy to be among their peers, some were sad as their families abandoned then. Some had family visiting them regularly. But they were well taken care of by the staff. I met some of the residents of the home, heard their life stories. I was moved to tears by some of them but the one that stayed with me was story Mrs. Kanak. She is 71 years old and is an 8th class student, just like us. I heard her tales of single and married life. She was married off at the age of 15 to an army man. Her husband died early and she has a girl, who earns for the both but cannot look after her due to her odd working hours. After entering the home, she realised she never completed her school so she took the decision to learn again. She studies with an open school. I was so inspired when I heard she wants to get educated and earn for her daughter, who has supported her during their lives. We think we are too late to follow our passion but she proved me wrong. The visit was an inspiring experience. You would really like to meet her. She is a strong opinionated woman. Please write to me as soon as possible and visit soon. I'll take you there.
