  PREVENTION FROM THE SPREADING OF COVID-19

Covid-19, the easily communicable virus has spread in all parts of the world and declraed a 'pandemic'. The spread and the prevention is upto the people only. We should prevent from meeting in large gatherings. If we do attend such activity, we should islotae ourselves for at least 10 days. We should boost our immunity by taking vitamins B,C,E,D, drink 'kadha'- the immunity bosster drink, eat healthy. We should focus on breathing excersies to imoprove our lung health.Yoga has been beneficial in mainting such health. We should maintain proper social distancing wherever we go and always wear masks outside the house. Masks won't only protect us from the virus but it will also protect us from other common diseases like comon cold. You should sanitize or wash your hands before touching your face as he virus is proven to travel from eys, nose and mouth. With such preventive measures, we can defeat the virus.
