\mathrm{g}_{\mathrm{h}}=\frac{\mathrm{g}}{\left(1+\frac{\mathrm{h}}{\mathrm{R}}\right)^{2}}

\mathrm{~h}=9 \mathrm{R}

\mathrm{g}_{\mathrm{h}}=\frac{\mathrm{g}}{(1+9)^{2}}=\frac{\mathrm{g}}{100}

\mathrm{w}_{\mathrm{h}}=\frac{\mathrm{mg}}{100}=\frac{\mathrm{w}}{100}
