We know that, for spherical shell

V_{0}= \frac{-GM}{R}\\                             \left [0< r\leq R \right ]\\

But  V= \frac{-GM}{R}\: -\frac{GM}{r}\\         (Given)

       V= \frac{-G(100)}{50}-\frac{G(50)}{25}\\

       V= -4G
