Case 1:

\\ \text{time},(t_{1}) = 2 s \\ \text{Velocity},(v_{1})=4 m/s \\ \text{We know}, \\ \text{Displacement},\left ( s_{1} \right )= \text{Velocity}\times \text{time} \\ s_{1}=4\times 2=8m \\

Case 2 :

\\ \text{time},(t_{2}) =7-2=5 s \ ( \text{because for initial 2s it was travelling with different speed} )

\\ v_{2}= 5 \ m/s \\ s_{2}=5\times 5=25 m \\ \text{Total displacement},(s)=s_{1}+s_{2} \\ s=25+8=33 m
