For projectile on horizontal ground

time of flight is given by 

T_1 = \frac{2Usin\theta}{g }

For projectile on an inclined plane

time of flight is given by 

T_2 = \frac{2Usin\theta}{gcos\beta}

So T_2 > T_1 (except \ \beta =90^0)

Where  \beta = Angle of inclination
