We have, 

\vec{A}.\vec{B}=AB\cos \theta

Since vector A is perpendicular to vector B.

\vec{A}.\vec{B}=AB\cos \theta =0 \\ \vec{A}.\vec{B}=(2\hat{i}+3\hat{j}-6\hat{k}).(3\hat{i}-m\hat{j}+6\hat{k}) \\ \vec{A}.\vec{B}=6-3m-36 \\ 0=-30-3m \\ 30=-3m \\ m=-10 \\
