How much difference is their between polar radius and equatorial radius of earth ??

The shape of the earth is not perfectly sphericle.

But it has an elliptical shape as shown in the below figure.

Where R_{e}\rightarrow Radius of the equator

R_{p}\rightarrow Radius of pole

And Equatorial radius is about 21 km longer than the polar radius
