\begin{aligned} & \Delta \mathrm{V}=-\int_2^3 \overrightarrow{\mathrm{E}} \cdot \mathrm{dr} \\ & V(3)-V(2)=-\int_2^3 \frac{-\mathrm{K}}{\mathrm{r}^2} \cdot \mathrm{dr} \\ & \mathrm{V}(3)-10=-\mathrm{K}\left(\frac{1}{\mathrm{r}}\right)_2^3 \\ & V(3)-10=-6\left[\frac{1}{3}-\frac{1}{2}\right] \\ & V-10=-6\left[\frac{2-3}{6}\right]=1 \\ & V=11 \end{aligned}
