Chlorine Nitrate on hydrolysis gives Nitric Acid and Hydochloric Acid.

\mathrm{ClONO}_{2}+\mathrm{H}_{2} \mathrm{O} \longrightarrow \mathrm{HNO}_{3}+\mathrm{HOCl}

Also, upon rection with \mathrm{HCl}, Chlorine Nitrate forms molecular Chlorine and Nitric Acid.

\begin{aligned} &\mathrm{ClONO}_{2}+\mathrm{HCl} \longrightarrow \mathrm{Cl}_{2}+\mathrm{HNO}_{3} \\ \end{aligned}

\begin{aligned} &\therefore \mathrm{A}=\mathrm{HOCl}, \mathrm{B}=\mathrm{HNO}_{3}, \mathrm{C}=\mathrm{Cl}_{2} \end{aligned}
