P\left ( \frac{A}{B} \right )= \frac{P\left ( A\cap B \right )}{P\left ( B \right )}

and

P\left ( \frac{B}{A} \right )= \frac{P\left ( A\cap B \right )}{P\left ( A \right )}

where P\left ( \frac{A}{B} \right ) probability of A when B already happened.

 

 P(\frac{B}{A})=\frac{P(A\cap B)}{P(A)}

0.6 =\frac{P(A\cap B)}{0.4}

{P(A\cap B)} = 0.24

{P(A\cap B)} = P(A) +P(B)- P(A\cap B)

= 0.4+ 0.8 -0.24

= 1.2 -0.24 = 0.96
