Option: 1

1: \sqrt{2}

Option: 2

2: 1

Option: 3

\sqrt{2}: 1

Option: 4

1: 2

Answers (1)

best_answer

\mathrm{\theta_1=30^{\circ} and \: \theta_2=45^{\circ}}
It is given that the time of ascent is same for both of them

\mathrm{T_1=T_2 }

\mathrm{\frac{u_1 \sin \theta_1}{g}=\frac{u_2 \sin \theta_2}{g} }

\mathrm{\frac{u_1}{u_2}=\frac{\sin \theta_2}{\sin \theta_1}=\frac{2}{\sqrt{2}}=\sqrt{2} }

Hence (3) is correct option
